Delete your PropVisits account
You can permanently delete your account here without installing the app. Enter your registered mobile number, request a verification code, and confirm deletion.
What is deleted?
Your account and profile, your property listings and broker projects, saved properties and searches, reviews, account-linked inquiries, visits, feedback and notification subscriptions are removed from the application database after verification. Uploaded files are queued for deletion and retried if storage is temporarily unavailable.
Records outside your account
Messages you sent without signing in, copies already received by property owners, and operational logs or backups may not be removed by this automatic process. Contact support@propvisits.com to request deletion of additional data or ask about retention.
Cannot access your registered number, or use a managed builder or staff account? Email support@propvisits.com with the subject “PropVisits account and data deletion” and your registered contact details. We will verify ownership before processing your request. Never send your password or OTP by email.
